Fred Labrie

Fred Labrie recorded a first EP in 2012 with Carl Bastien and Joce Tellier. The EP, called « Bruits sourds », got on CKRL’s top 20. He then spent a year at L’École Nationale de la Chanson and started working on « Dans la fumée claire » with Marcus Quirion, Julien Thibeault and Andrew Beaudoin. The four musicians spent eight days in the woods, in St-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, away from the noise and near the river, to give birth to Fred’s first album. « Dans la fumée claire » was released in March 2016.
