JAUNE is celebrating 10 years of music, 5 albums and nearly 400 shows across Quebec and France. For JAUNE’s 10th anniversary they are bringing us new stories with the brand new album – L’espace des jour II
Several songs have marked JAUNE’s journey, such as Ti-Boutte, Au bout du vent, Du violon plein les poches and La fin des amours. Winner of several grants from Le conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, JAUNE searches daily to write touching and poetic stories.
JAUNE was born in 2005 of a musical complicity between the singer Steffy Blanchette and guitarist-songwriter Raf Rioux. The merger of the bubbly voice, melodious words and energetic guitar are the essence of JAUNE. Jocelyn Phaneuf, joined the group as the bassist.
