Jérôme Fortin is a singer-songwriter originally from the Sherbrooke area who currently resides in Canton de Hatley. Self-taught musician, he also trained in psychoeducation at the University of Sherbrooke. His experiences as a guitarist and singer,comes from participating in many local bands (Musique à bouche, Galarno, Trio des cantons …etc)
How did Jêrôme come to write lullabies?
The birth of his little Marie-Soleil, in fall 2010, was a source of inspiration. Jerome began to compose wonderful works. A few days after the birth of his daugther, he was already humming sweet melodies at the foot of her cradle, guitar in hand, while marveling at the miracle of life!
