FRIEND OF ALL THE WORLD – NEW TO DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION
FRIEND OF ALL THE WORLD – NEW TO DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION Les Disques Passeport Les Disques PasseportDisques Passeport is proud to add a new band to it’s digital distribution: Friend of all the World
Indie folk-rock five-piece Friend of All the World (FOATW) formed around a Craigslist classified posted by singer-songwriter Robert Cole in 2010. The improbable ensemble has since been cultivating their signature eclectic sound, which has taken a raw and vital turn in their 2015 opus, “Rue St-Louis”.
From l’Île-aux-Coudres to Toronto, from their hometown of Montreal, and beyond to compilations, films, and airplay over the oceans: FOATW brings an ever-evolving live show to the stage, backed by songs that, like the Kipling quote from which the band took its name, are lithe, but full of dark intrigue.
Rue St-Louis can be pre-ordered on iTunes. The album will be available online October 23rd.
